THE COMPRESSOR DETERMINES THE QUALITY OF THE REFRIGERATOR

   A refrigerator has many components, but its liner compressor is the heart of the refrigerator refrigeration system.

   It inhales low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas from the suction pipe, drives the piston to compress it through the operation of the motor, and discharges the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas to the exhaust pipe to provide power for the refrigeration cycle, thereby realizing the refrigeration cycle. There are two types of compressor cooling methods: oil cooling and natural cooling.

  The compressors of general household refrigerators and air conditioners use single-phase alternating current as of the power source, and their structural principles are basically the same. At present, the compressors of household refrigerators and air conditioners are volume type, which can be divided into the reciprocating type and rotary type. The reciprocating compressor uses a piston, crank, connecting rod mechanism, or a piston, crank, and sliding pipe mechanism, and the rotary type uses a rotating shaft crank mechanism.

  According to the scope of application, it can be divided into low backpressure type, medium backpressure type, and high back pressure type. Low backpressure type (evaporation temperature -35-15 ℃), generally used in household refrigerators, food freezers, etc. Medium back pressure type (evaporation temperature -20 ~ 0 ℃), generally used in cold drink cabinets, milk refrigerators, etc. High backpressure type (evaporating temperature -5 ~ 15℃), used in room air conditioners, dehumidifiers, heat pumps, etc.
